"Always my go-to coffee shop. The baristas are always so quick, even when they have multiple orders, and the lines go fast."
"Usually pretty good. This isn’t cool tho. Not happy with today’s service definitely not a full cup."
"The coffee is good here But the baristas are generally smug. About a week ago, I waited in line 7 minutes(at the window I might add) While the barista chit chatted With the other customer At the other window excessively without even acknowledging. She barely even looked at me to acknowledge me and ignored me. Once I got my coffee, I barely made it to work on time. Give yourself at least twenty minutes if you're going to order here. I'm thinking of finding another place to go- There are more than enough coffee huts in this area."
"I stopped by this place today and after a minor verbal altercation between myself and the batista, I got my lotus drink with one of their syrup caps in my drink... Lotus blue raspberry was My drink"
"*UPDATE 3/2/22* Wanting a cappuccino and knowing McDonald's no longer offers."nonfat milk," I chose to stop at a couple of familiar coffee houses, I say a couple because the first one's drive-through line was so long it put Starbucks drive-through lines to shame! Off to the second one, that was a no, mainly because I could never crossover traffic to get to it; the oncoming traffic was horrid! The last drive-through on the way to my house was East Side Java! I had a pretty decent Americano several months ago, only one person ahead of me; that was reasonable, so I thought; it ended up the car ahead of me had four giant drinks and tons of snacky stuff. Apparently, East Side Java is doing something right. My turn came, and I quickly ordered two 12oz nonfat cappuccinos. As she worked making them, other cars were piling up behind me, and on the other side, darn it, there were two drive-through lines; I could have used the other side! Anyway, only one person was working, but she appeared to be calm and chatty, had a great sense of humor and handled herself very well, in a matter of minutes I was on my way home! Our cappuccinos were delicious, smooth, no bitter after taste, not too acidic; this size of drink came with two shots, which generally kills the taste for me because it's typically just too strong, but not this time! Overall a delightful drink, and for $3.50 each, that seemed reasonable. I will compare it with another one at another shop some other time. And yes, sometime in the near future I will support this small business once again!!! `````````````````````````` This afternoon I decided to stop at Eastside Java. Today isn't my first time stopping there, and although I did not purchase the first time, I did this time. The last time I was looking for a green tea frappuccino, and they did not offer that. Today I ordered an 8oz Americano. It has been a while since I have had an americano, so I can not confirm if $1.50 is a decent or high price for its size. The Americano was good in taste; the espresso wasn't so strong or acidic that it made me want to add more water but strong enough that I could enjoy the flavor. Americano is a great alternative to having just black coffee. The one thing that I noticed, there was no foul after taste that I have had in certain espressos in the past, and that is extremely important to me! The barista was friendly and chatty; she offered to double cup it because of how warm it was, so that was a nice jester! I like the fact that they purchase their beans within Washington State. The logo on their cups represent the company they purchase their beans from; DCR stands for Dillanos Coffee Roaster located in Sumner, WA. Depending on where you are coming from can depend on whether their location is handy or not. Eastside Java is a stand-alone coffee house that stands near the Chevron off Riddell and Wheaton Way in-fact they are between Chevron and Jack in the Box. They serve hot and cold drinks with a variety of baked goods. Their address is 4325 Wheaton Way in Bremerton WA. If you haven't experience Eastside Java, what is a better time than now to stop by, or you can order through Grubhub for delivery. You'll be supporting a small, local business, which supports local jobs, which is so very important! *Spend, Eat and Enjoy local; Stay healthy and be happy!!*"
