"Food was great…but it took 25 minutes to wait in the drive through with only 3 cars including mine. I thought it might be faster then going inside to order but it always takes over 20 minutes at this location to order one item - grilled chicken wrap, which is very good. Long story short, good food long wait time. Don’t go if In a rush"

"I do not like the fact that the Wendy's website forces you to pick this store, which is on base, not allowing drivers to be able to pick up delivery orders. It's very frustrating because I can never get my order unless a driver can access base. This is completely ridiculous that you can't pick the store you want your food from. So my kids couldn't have dinner. I will NO LONGER BE ORDERING FROM their app...."

"The food was fine for what you’d expect. Pricing is alright. Service is fast and the establishment is clean. Ice machine was out or malfunctioning so soda was warm."

"Talked to a girl on the phone and she was so clueless about the app and how it works. She's didn't have any life in her voice and sounded annoyed by my call. Couldn't give me any details about my order and said she couldn't help me cancel it either when the delivery was taking too long nor was there anywhere to cancel in the app and yes I used the wendys app directly for delivery"

"Costumer service here is terrible, I tried to use my rewards app and the managers Lynn and Scotty had rude attitudes and made it seem like an issue to use the app as if they didn’t have the time to help a costumer out. Every time I’ve gone there and used the rewards app they always seem to make it an issue. Just wish their employees were more helpful and kind."
