"The is one of the worst locations. Staff doesn't care and wanders around trying to look busy in hopes they don’t have to help customers. Customer will stand around at the returns while 1 person is working at 5 or more are just standing around backing up into the entrance."

"The past few times I have gone in there I have been followed by their security through the store. This time as I was talking to an employee I knew and strangely they quickly ended the conversation and when I turned around one of their armed security guards was standing right behind me. I said hey and just left since I already paid for my stuff. I spend a couple thousand a month there. I don't like being treated like a criminal for being a customer. I will be shopping at Lowes just down the street from now on. The home depot on 82nd has an issue with theft. I know that. If their answer is profiling and stalking me through the store then I won't be shopping there ever again."
