"Terrible customer service! Went in today to return an item with the packaging, bag and receipt. The young man calling himself the store manager, refused to return the item and when I asked to speak to someone else, told me that he was the manager and what he says goes. He then asked me to leave the store and threatened to call the police. Is this the way you treat a customer that spends thousands of dollars in your store and is an Eddie Bower platinum credit card holder? Very embarrassing for me and my 9 year old daughter to say the least. Is this the kind of person that you want in management and representing your brand? You would think that Eddie Bauer would do a better job serving their customers. Especially with the prices they charge. Hopefully someone in the Corp office will see this and understand there is a staffing problem at this store."
