"The inventory at this location is ok, but could be better. I'm usually able to find something I like though. Staff are ok, not rude, but not super friendly either. Most of the time they just seem kinda bored.. Must be a lack of morale? Place is always clean and organized. My complaint is that, I noticed a clothing item I really liked had a broken tie/bow detail in the back, it was just hanging off the garment, but I had the means to fix it at home, so thinking I would only have to pay 2 or 3 bucks for it, I went to buy it. The original price was 9.99. The sales associate cashing me out, called who I assumed was the manager over, and she dryly re-priced it for 7.99.. for a damaged garment that was donated to them! Seems greedy."

"This place has the most unfriendly staff. I always feel so unwelcome in this location. I am a children's book collector and when I stop in I usually look at every book on their shelf. While I do this I am regularly interrupted in 3 minute intervals by staff who seem very uncomfortable with my interest in the items they are supposed to be selling. I normally end up with 45 to 50 wonderful books when I am allowed to shop in peace ...but I often ask myself if it's worth it when being treated so disrespectful by their employees. if it wasn't for finds like these, I would never set foot in this location. Not a comfortable friendly environment for people who suffer from anxiety disorders like I do, please be warned."
