"I was broke down in the parking lot. I needed a new alternator. They did not have one in stock but sent a driver to get one right away, and loaned me tools to start the repairs. They had the new part to me before I had the old one pulled out. Andy was super helpful. Checked on me frequently, gave advice, answered questions, even helped me swap out the battery, and perform a bit of troubleshooting. Andy certainly went beyond what was expected of him.
