"Such a joke. We ordered 3 meals. the broccoli beef came with 1 piece of beef. Literally 1 piece. The orange chicken had 5 pieces. Then the random bell pepper in the chow mein. We ordered nothing with bell pepper. So cross contamination?"
"The rice was all burnt and tasted like charcoal, upon asking for a refund I was denied even though half of what I payed for is inedible, don’t eat here, don’t look for work here, don’t do anything here."
"This location is notorious for skimping on portions. They recently increased their upcharge on premium entrees, okay fine I get that but then to have them skimp and only fill half a box... I tried to call as I had taken it to-go to feed my family at home but no one answered (12/5/23). I'd rather drive the extra 20 minutes further to the Padden location and get what I'm paying for. In addition to the shortage, we waited 40 minutes in the parking lot after being told our Beijing beef would take 5 minutes. Don't stop here if you're looking for a fast meal..."
"I have been coming to this Panda since they opened and in that entire time the staff has been nothing but courteous and friendly. That changed Thursday night. I drive through and I was asked to pull around to wait for my spring rolls to finish cooking. I waited and waited and realized I had heard about 4 songs on the radio. I checked my nav system that showed what time I arrived at the location and I had been waiting for 15 minutes. I got out of my car and went in to ask for my spring rolls and the kids that looked like he was in charge asked me if I was there for spring g rolls. I replied that I was and that I had been out there for 15 minutes. He gave me a look like a parent gives a child who had just told a lie and he shook his head and said, "we just parked you maam". How rude to say that to a customer even if I would have just been parked. Clearly he confused me with another customer. I contemplated showing him the proof that I had been waiting for 15 minutes, but decided it's not worth arguing with someone like him. As a side note, the spring rolls were cold and had clearly been done for a very long time...about 15 minutes!"
"The food tends to be standard quality for Panda Express, and I enjoy the company's black pepper Angus steak, honey sesame chicken breast, and chow mein noodles. However, the service of this particular establishment varies greatly. Sometimes they skimp on the food, other times not. Sometimes the employees are nicer, and others aren't. Juan is a good one, my dad enjoys talking with him. Overall, it's a decent place to stop by for some quick food in Battle Ground, and they keep clean."
