Pizza Hut

"Tried to order a pizza from an absolute unfriendly woman over the phone on 02/14/2024. What only is she not capable of being friendly over the phone, like saying goodbye, or have a nice day. No, she just slams the phone. Then I tried calling back because I wanted to change the time by 20 minutes for a pick up. Which was like not even a minute later. She refused to pick up the phone. Then I waited another five minutes I called again and there’s no hello or nothing. Just in the most unfriendly and annoying Voice:”can you hold?” Then she got back to me and I explained to her that I would have to be there 20 minutes earlier, which is still 45 minutes out from the second time I called. So she started yelling at me, saying that she can’t do that and that she can’t remember the orders because a few other people have made orders. Mind yourself, all I was trying to do is order one large pepperoni pizza, and this human does not have the brain capacity to remember pepperoni pizza to be ready in 45 minutes from now. Not only was she the most unfriendly person that I’ve talked to in customer service. She was rude and pretty much flat out told me that she is too dumb to take a order and switch it to 20 minutes earlier then, first anticipated in the phone call seven minutes before. I am absolutely flabbergasted and told her I’ll just order it somewhere else, and she was very happy with that and said fine and hung up the phone. I can only suggest you not to order anything there the way, she values her job will probably definitely reflect on the food. She’s probably annoyed that she can’t check out how many likes her breakfast bagel got on her stupid Instagram account. Which essentially is the root of all problems in society today. The attitude of this younger generation is making me sick. They think they’re just entitled and just worry about gender or other stupid problems, but can’t even do the simple pizza, bakery job or have the capacity to change the time on a one pepperoni pizza order. Absolutely sad."

"Is it possible to give zero stars? If so, I would! The worst pizza quality ever experienced which exceeds my previous horrible pizzahut memories. Oredered the XL New Yorker. For almost $20, I basically was given the unedible, very hard bare crust, lacking anything resembling sauce, nevermind any cheese or the topping I charged extra for. THE WORST FOOD NOT FIT FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION. NEVER AGAIN, PIZZA HUT!!!"

"Ordered a pizza for sons birthday party that was undercooked and soooo greasy. we couldn't even eat it. Called and spoke with one of the managers who's response was well we just cook the food. Not a sorry or oops. Just a rude lady. Also ordered 2 Alfred's with chicken and got no chicken. Pasta was edible."

"I ordered pepperoni lovers pizza and I feel like it has less pepperoni on it than a regular pepperoni pizza also I never get marinara when I order bread sticks and I don't eat bread sticks without marinara. If you advertise pepperoni lovers pizza smothered in pepperoni I expect it to be smothered in pepperoni. But it's not just this we order pizza every Friday as it's a family tradition anyways there is always something messed up in our order every single week. I'm ready to just start going to dominoes"
