"Besides the nice lady at the counter, Canopy World in Bremerton is terrible. Got an Armor X tonneau cover installed on my 2019 Toyota Tacoma. Noticed it leaking and they tried putting clay on my truck to stop the leaks and it is still leaking. Told them I wasn't satisfied to see what they could do about it and they told me it is because the model of the truck and wouldn't do anything to solve my dissatisfaction. Definitely don't talk to the manager SCOTT there because he is rude and has no customer service skills whatsoever. Why would you sell a tonneau cover for a 2019 Toyota Tacoma and then tell me it is the model of the trucks fault it is leaking? Doesn't really make sense. Recommend not take your business here. They obviously don't care about customer satisfaction."
