"I should have paid better attention to the reviews. This is not a shop you want to bring your new (or used) truck to. I was specific and repeated my request multiple times and I still did not get the work I asked for. Now I’m kinda stuck or need the job re-done. I’m sure they will continue to deny what they did but it happened. I do not recommend bringing your truck here for any kind of work. Just giving a heads up…. I provided them with a brand new (from Ford) $1500.00 Ford Performance Suspension kit designed to level a stock truck. The Kit has only 2 adjustments a 2”inch or 2.5” inch lift. I, of course, asked for the shocks to be set at the 2.5” setting. I discussed this ad nauseam with the manager and the mechanic and left thinking nothing could go wrong. When I returned to get my truck I learned they had just installed the shocks/springs without checking or adjusting them to the 2.5” inch setting. I was livid, to say the least. This install is a process that is somewhat invasive and requires a new front end alignment afterwards. Since they did this job so poorly, I will have to go to another shop and have it redone and checked. Even though they gave some time off the labor, I would much rather have gotten what I asked for. A simple thing, a half inch, but it matters."
