"I have worked with this store exclusively for years. Needed a laptop and thought I'd try rentacenter...wasn't happy with what I would get for the price so immediately crossed the street to my favorite store. They brought out this wonderful laptop...but the sound wasn't working I couldn't go in right away because of physical and life situations, and when I finally was able to bring it in, I had spent every dime and didn't think they'd let me get it back til the next month when I'd made a payment. Susan said, "WE GOT YOU" and I was able to take it home that day. After a really terrible month I really appreciated the kindness. They're the best."

"Do not do business with this buddy’s. I placed an order through their website. Was called the next day saying it’s ready to be picked up. Showed up to the store and to my surprise they did not have it In that location. Was told they would have to order it from one of the sister stores. So I went ahead and told them yes please I do want it. Was told no more than a couple days… Well more than a month later they haven’t called me back or tried to reach out to me. This is the second time they have done this once with my mother and now me. I have bought a tv from this location before as well but To get to the point, if what your looking for is not inside that store location you visit then then I highly recommend going else where because they will not help you get what YOU want. They want to sell you what they have only in that store location if they have to order it from one of the sisters locations then just forget about it they will not put in any effort to help you out. One star because I have done business with them before"
