"I’ve worked with Rent a center for many years have a few things with them already. always lose my number when they need to call me when I’m trying to inquire on something but I always have my number when Im 1 day on late. Anyways I’ve been using or having the wrong washer and dryer because he got me the wrong one for almost 2 months and then the day that they get it in they can’t find my number and when I finally called them they can’t get me in for delivery for another week or longer quite frankly the worst place ever go.If it wasn’t for people on welfare they wouldn’t have any customers. Customer service has went down hill bad!!!!! I knowly know that Im get taxed on price but for me it flexible shopping. But the customer service and upgrades were my reason for over priced items. Not anymore I’ll be trying to switch my stuff out so I don’t have to deal with the bad customer service."

"Rented an all in computer. Got behind on payments, I paid as much as I could. The manager worked with me as I have been a customer for a long time. I returned the computer on the day my next payment was due and was told I was 3 days late. The charge me for the 3 days and a late fee, even though I was told when my payment was due. All they care about is getting their money."

"I bought a laptop here and was happy with how good of condition it was in, didn't have any issue with it. The staff are friendly and cooperative, they even help you choose what's best and what will fit in your budget. Also a great policy and warranty, if you so happen to break the electronic you bought you can bring it back to them and they'll send it back to be repaired. Alongside of them sending it back, they give you a loaned electronic until it comes back."
