"I hate giving bad reviews, but i think it actually helps. And i was really surprised at the lack of service and help i got at this store. I was traveling back down south to California on Saturday or Sunday midday. I had spotted this store on the way up north, and i decided i wanted to stop on the way home if all went well .Mybe buy myself a new shirt for a job well done. So when i got to the store there were not very many people in the store. More workers than customers. There were 2 customers and one was me. I entered, and i did get greeted. Everything is going well. But i notice the only other customer was a Lady and i immediately got the sense that she was some big deal , mybe the Governors wife or something like that because man oh man, She was the center of every staff member in the store. Hovering and running in back to check for items. I wondered around for 15 or 20minutes mybe or it just felt that way. But looked and looked and never found my size or where it might have been. Never heard another word from anyone. I walked back out with everyone still enthralled with this lady. Anywho, i drove back to California with my first ever bad Pendleton store experience"

"Not really an outlet shop, but they have the goods. Maybe full price is outrageous but it's still expensive. Wife got a will beanie and loves it."

"I got a gift from here and had a receipt. It was a long receipt and the gifter used part cash part card. The store refused to cash me out on the return. Said the money would either have to be refunded to the card or cash sent in a check former to the gifter. Not wanting to offend the gifter, I was allotted the third option and took store credit... didn't make sense, awful service"
