"I bought a gift card from Eddie Bauer 3 weeks ago for a birthday gift to my father. A couple days after my dad went to try and use the card they told him their systems were down and couldn't use any gift cards to buy clothes. It's been over 3 weeks since then and we were told today by the store manager that the new systems are still transferring and they have no idea when we will be able to use our gift card. Disappointed in how the situation was handled and now have no idea when the gift card will even be able to be used."
"We were looking for a dress vest. What they had was some very outdoorsy looking full vest that just was not what we were looking for. But they had a lot of clothing that you would expect from Eddie Bauer very high-end more outdoorsy type of clothing."
