I bring it to this location in Olympia and Ariel and team treat the van with care and respect and I really appreciate that. Great service."

"Another location with very friendly workers convinced me to switch to Jiffy lube for my oil changes after having a spark plug replaced with them. My first time at this location and to be honest pretty disappointing. No line and no other customers so not sure why but my car didn't get vacuumed or windshield cleaned. I called the other location to ask if I had done something wrong, not paid for it, needed to ask, etc. He advised me it should be included in the oil change and to go back and ask. I returned and they did vacuum it but still felt like a Karen for asking because they didn't explain why they didn't do it in the first place and then my windshield still didn't get cleaned. They're small details but they were the things that were just a little over the top from where I've been going for a few years and thought it was worth the higher price to switch over. We all have bad days and they are good humans but as far a satisfaction for advertisement it's pretty low and no incentive to come back and pay more."

"I came in after I bought a used car and they helped me clarify the condition of the vehicle. They fill air for free and have other complimentary services as well. The staff are very respectful and polite. If in the east side with car issues this is an excellent option."

"I hate to do this because I have been taking all three of my cars here for years. I love the fact that so many women have/do work here and they have been super efficient and pleasant each and every time. Until…..so yesterday afternoon I got my oil changed in the afternoon. No one else was there so it was quick and smooth. I left to drive to Tacoma and I noticed a small rattle under the hood which got louder on my way home. I got off the freeway and drove straight to the shop. When I arrived I was “greeted” by a woman who was very abrupt and unfriendly. I told her my situation and she was very rude, rolled her eyes at me then scolded me as I drove in the bay for apparently going too fast and then too slow. Who knows, the point is she was exceptionally rude and if she waits on me again I won’t be back. The end of the story is that they had left a tool under the hood which was causing the rattling. The young man who checked everything out was thorough and pleasant. Customer service is what brought me here and lack of customer service may end my relationship"
