"I love brewed awakenings coffee and pastries but the service is awful. They are slow, rude, not friendly whatsoever. Their coffee is expensive and I would at least like a smile or welcome... anything. The girl looked at me annoyed that I was even in her presence and it made the interaction so uncomfortable. This is not just an isolated incident either. I have come 3 other times to the drive thru and same rude behavior. As much as I love their coffee I hate the poor service. Be kind."
"Had a good experience. Got the white cow mocha coffee cooler and asked for it half sweet. Tasted great, a medium cost less then 6$, which is about average price. Not bad at all. It had a nice strong coffee flavor which wasn't overpowered by sweetener."
"I visited this place for the first time and I was genuinely impressed! They have several different options for alternative milk. My matcha was really delicious! (Although FYI it does contain some dairy). But the place is full of comfy chairs and seats making it a great place to sit, read, journal, etc."
