"My order is a venti blonde vanilla latte and a london fog. Every time i go which is more then i would like to admit my latte isnt stirred and the london fog has no milk or half and half as requested. Really disappointing for the amount of money you spend on coffee."

"It was super busy and the clerk had some issues with my transaction processing, thus making for a longer wait but she gifted me my coffee, corrected the transaction and all is well. I stop in here a few times a year while visiting family and it's always exactly what it should be."

"1). I've had 3 drinks made wrong that I didn't realize until well on our way down the road. 2). It took 11 minutes to get my coffee today!!! They took care of drive through and called in orders before serving walking. We have been long time customers here but are thinking of changing. The new management isn't doing a good job at all."

"This is the only Starbucks in the Washougal/Downtown Camas area unless you go to the two at the Safeway’s, so I can understand why it’s busy. The thing with this location for me is that it’s so hit or miss. Usually the staff is friendly, and unless I’m in the cafe, the line for the drive thru goes quickly. It’s just been the drink quality; I know they can remake drinks, but when it’s busy I don’t feel like bothering. Once I got two white chocolate mochas and one tasted so bad I threw it out. Today was just something that I could fix at home, but I got whipped cream on my drink when I didn’t ask for it, and then I didn’t get a straw. I don’t know, it just feels like this location is horrible when it comes to handling drinks at busy times."
