"My two sons were in line for at least five minutes were never treated or acknowledged I stood with them for another eight minutes still nothing. So we just walked out. Their was no line no one else waiting and the person behind the counter completely ignored our presence or even let us know she would help us in a minute or anything. If I could I would not even give it one star."
"The drinks are always find, maybe a little lagging compared to a stand alone Starbucks but nothing to bad. I would give 5 stars as the employee that works there is super friendly, the problem is every time I go there is a line and only one person working! In a store this big on a weekend morning you need to have at least 1 or 2 more people scheduled. I stood in line for 20 minutes, had I not been waiting on a medicine to be filled I would have walked off like other people did."
