"I stopped at this location on my way into work, and there was two really long lines so I decided to do the walk up window, hoping that it would be faster other locations provide for the people standing outside and instead they ignored and took the longest to serve me my drink, which one single beverage that was iced in a can a very easy beverage to make, and served both of the long lines before serving me my drink, while I stood out in the rain for 15 minutes And then, when I didn’t say thank you for my beverage, the girl condescendingly said thanks for your patience, and I just looked at her and walked away because I was discussing with the level of customer service in the lack of Discernment"

"Dutch Bros used to be one of my favorite coffee places in the United states, because they had the option for employees to grow with the company, even eventually owning their own Dutch Brothers location. Through interaction with one of the employees though I learned that they no longer offer this, which is pretty disappointing to me. I still really enjoy their beverages, and I appreciate good coffee, especially if it's extremely high in caffeine content."
