"I’ve been a long time customer and I LOVE this location which makes me really sad to put a 1 star for customer service ONLY because I ordered 2 large iced rebels yesterday morning and this morning I saw I was charged $19.50 for them. I have preferred tip on, it’s set for %20. I looked up the price of a large rebel and it’s ~$6 which means the person who served me willingly changed the tip amount to the max without my consent ?? I never thought I’d get bamboozled like this, definitely won’t be back because of the loss of trust. Other than this, location is great, however I cannot recommend any longer."

"Love the vibe in there. Cute place to study but the music is too loud which is fine. There wasn’t any like just 2 other people in front of me and it took 15 minutes for one drink. A little confused on the wait time but whatever. Things happen. I ordered two lemonades cut with black tea, light ice and shine. They got the flavors and light ice but neither drink had shine and they were both straight black tea with no lemonade. With it taking so long (again I don’t mind) but you’d think they’d look it over a few times lol"
