For thin and original crust pizzas, customers are advised to preheat the oven to 425°F and bake on the center oven rack for 12 to 18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown. It is recommended to bake the pizza within 60 minutes of purchase, and if refrigerated, to remove it 60 minutes prior to baking for the crust to rise. Reviews
"The pizza is good, the service treatment can be up and down especially during the Covid time frame. Workers were rude & judgemental upon walking in trying to walk in to order as per always prior to Covid. If you didn't call ahead they would not serve you and if no mask they would refuse service and entry even when the rest of the world had already lifted the mask mandate. Also would not answer the phones to take orders many times we had called when they felt they were busy. So catch 22, could not walk in and could not call ahead. Lot of younger 16+ yr old employees with no customer experience that gave the attitude as if their mothers made them angry before work because they had asked them to do something. Understandable that this review is past its time but this is how I was treated at this location every time I tried to walk in or call ahead. Prices all went up with little discounts because it was one of the only possible "faster food options" still open. I avoid this location still till this day because of the previous treatment."
"I ordered 3 calzones and a pizza, had called it in, one calzone had instructions on it, the other 2 didn't, none were labeled, all different flavors, for different people and for different times. The main website only had a "bot" to talk to, no instructions...... hige waist of money, rip off, horrible customer service and communications. Unbelievable"
"CJ was awesome! He answered promptly with a friendly tone. Without hesitation CJ knew exactly what toppings where on the Chicken pizza I asked about. He quickly punched in my customizations without getting confused. I was able to have a late dinner in a timely fashion due to speedy service. I recommend the Sandy location!"
"Ordered two pizzas, one stuffed and one regular. Didn’t notice until driving all the way back home that they actually gave us two regular crust pizzas, which wouldn’t matter as much but the there is quite a price difference. Drove all the way back to only be told they’re “they were out of the crust”. No problem but Why wouldn’t you tell your customer that and offer a partial refund when they came to pick it up? Then after asking for a refund they got the manager, manager then said they’ll make it right now and that they’re not out of the crust after the employee said they were. As someone who works in the food industry and who use to help manage a restaurant this is just bad customer service. Especially having to drive all the way back home after a store knowingly let’s a guest walkout with a different pizza they ordered. Wasn’t offered anything to make up for the hassle of what was supposed to be an easy pick up. Just disappointing."
"This store is one of the best take and bake restaurants pizza places. The only thing is their crust doesn’t come up as flavorful and crispy as other places."
