"I used to think that this Dutch bros was the best in the area. They were (and still are) always super kind and friendly, and made the best tasting drinks. But these last couple of weeks when I go, they literally taste so bad. To the point I asked them to remake it, and it was still so bad. I don’t know why but their oat milk always tastes like play-Doh. I go to other coffee shops around and their oat milk tastes fine in drinks, so maybe it’s the brand they use. Also they add little to no flavoring to their drinks. So when I order a flavored drink it tastes like straight up, milk, Red Bull, or coffee. It’s just nasty. Also I ordered a muffin top today and it came with part of the wrapper still attached. I took a bite of it, totally gross. I think that the employees just need to be retrained or something. Because they are so nice, but sooooo bad at their job."
