"Every time I come here I tell myself this is the last time. The wait times in the drive through are absolutely atrocious. It's obvious the owner cuts cost with the minimal amount of workers at any one time. No one inside the restaurant moves faster than a snail even though they make the highest min wage in the country. Even the property has deteriorated and is very unkempt. Been this way for several years now. When it opened, there were far less problems."

"This place was closed down for a while and has just never been the same since it reopened. The food is always tasty, but the order is never accurate. I order no tomatoes, extra onions on my burger and no cheese, no tomatoes on my wife's. It is never accurate. One burger is always perfect and the other will be messed up. No consistency or attention to detail."

"Very disappointed. I eat at Jack in the Box often but this was my first time at this location. I ordered 3 supreme croissants and 1 sausage croissant. My food took forever to come but I just figured they were making it fresh so it was taking longer and didn't mind much. Wish I had checked my order before I left, because it was not correct at all. I got 2 croissants that were just sausage and cheese on bread, one that was just egg and cheese on bread and one that was sausage cheese and bacon on bread. Didn't notice until I was half an hour away. Called the store twice with no answer and it's not worth my time to drive back and have it corrected. Waste of money"

"It’s fast food so not expecting something unrealistic here but I do expect the restaurant to actually be open when they say they are. Several times I have gone through the drive thru for breakfast during their posted business hours, and the store is still closed. Last time there was an employee who said she was the only one there and apologized that she can’t operate the store alone. No complaints otherwise. Food and experience align with what I’d expect from a fast food chain."
