"I have waited 20+ minutes for food twice now, which took my entire half hour for lunch. Employees are slow and just dont seem to care. Worst service ever. Edit: just opened my to go bag and got this poor excuse of a taco. WHAT A JOKE."

"The breakfast and coffee could have been better. But the hotel was surprisingly nice and in a safe neighborhood. Good coffee with creamer not in packages is a huge plus while away from home. Different choices for breakfast, though yours wasn't horrible is always a reason to come back! All in all we enjoyed our stay and would return. Reasonably priced, polite staff, clean, safe neighborhood. Been to better breakfasts, better coffee. But stayed in a whole lot worse!!!!!"

"If you choose this location use the drive thru. I did a mobile order ahead of time because I'm a busy man. I got to the restaurant, they hadn't started my order yet. After about 5 mins the cashier returned to the front counter and I asked about my order. He says "were working on your order rite now". Another 10 minutes until I got my order. As I sat there waiting for 2 tacos. Yes 2 simple tacos; as I watched all the cars that came in after I showed up order, get their food and leave. I thought about pulling thru the drive thru just to get my order. 15 minute ticket times on a 2 taco pre order?! Seriously?!"

"This taco bell location is terrible. We came through tonight and the lady who helped us was so rude when she told us they we're out of their shredded beef tacos which cost us almost $8 dollars and she said she could replace BOTH our tacos with ONE mexican pizza only. horrible customer service but whatever we took it. Then we got home and realized they also forgot multiple items from our order and our food including the mexican pizza was made HORRIBLY. this whole experience was completely unacceptable and we will be calling to speak to a manager in the morning and then won't be back."
