Papa Murphy's | Take 'N' Bake Pizza 731 Northeast 242nd Drive, Wood Village, OR 97060

"Called in an order for pizza and they said 45 minutes however I waited at least another 15 minutes in the store. They seem to be a little short staffed but super courteous employees working. I didn't mind the way I understand everybody is short on employees so it is how things are going right now. By the way the pizza was delicious and only $12.99. Update... yesterday I ordered a pizza, waited an hour to go pick it up and still had to wait at least 30 minutes for them to make the pizza. They had seven to eight people behind the counter and we're pushing pizzas out with for people that were coming in and ordering right then and there and they were getting their Pizza faster than I got my pizza by ordering online and giving them an hour and a half to get a pizza out the last time I'm going to use this Papa Murphy's."

"I love a good Papa Murphy's pizza but I can't stand this location. We live close by so we frequent here for family dinner. Recently the service has been terrible. They are always understaffed, always behind on orders... you get a time, and then another time, and then another time to WAIT. I get it, we're all struggling with stadfing. But there's never any apology or effort to make it right. The terrible service is just expected. I made myself a promise that I'll drive further to a different location just to avoid the bad experience and terrible service."

"The fact that you get the pizza and a side but you have to take it home and bake them yourself and for more money than if going to Domino's or Pizza Hut where the pizza and sides are hot and fresh and ready to eat plus the crust and toppings taste a lot better quality than Papa Murphy's. The garlic monkey bread wasn't the greatest either. Maybe next time will be better. I'm sorry I couldn't give a better review. Thank you for trying though, Papa Murphy's, I'm sure you still satisfy your other customers."

"Very quick and the ladies were so polite. I've never had an issue here whether it's ordered online, phone or there in store. The pizza is made correctly and not thrown sloppily together (like a Carl's Jr Burger). This is a great location."

"Rachel went above and beyond to satisfy our family tonight when it came to them being out of an item , great customer service extremely helpful and kind. I watched her keep a positive attitude with frustrated customers and offered what she could during the time. Several people came in wanting the specific item and she kept a smile and stayed polite through all the frustration. That’s a great employee!! Thankful for her help tonight!"
