"Employees are fake nice, make poor drinks, and don’t address issues as you raise them to their attention. Their card reader doesn’t work and when bringing this to one of the girls attention, she was dismissive. Another time they made my drink COMPLETELY WRONG and then had an attitude when I asked them to fix it. You’re charging 7 bucks for an smedium sized drink. You are dang right I will ask for it to be made CORRECTLY if I am paying that price. They also always seem to be slacking off any time I’m in, even with crowds. They’re busy chitchatting or giggling among themselves. And they have the gall to ask for a tip. Lol. That’s not even getting into the same homeless men that are always sitting in the dine in area, clearly just taking up camp there every day for hours upon hours."
