"It's sad to see that these people choose these jobs and are so miserable. It's not my faul that they don't want to work or don't want to be giving us good customer service. Not only did I wait in line for over 20 minutes. They kept looking at me and kept turning around. Didn't even say we'll be right with you. Didn't even say. Can I help you with something? Nothing absolutely nothing, and then when I said excuse me, they raise their voice, especially that lady that managemen, or person was in charge. She said we'll be right with you. But that wasn't until I said something. and I literally was just gonna say. Can I get the bathroom password while you're able to take my order? But instead I just went ahead and walked out. 2 other people walked out with me and they just continued making orders. Not even saying sorry for the wait absolutely ridiculous if I can give him A 0 stars i would. The sad part is I run a business and I was going to feed my whole crew.Do better Taco Bell."

"He SPIT in my food. Wouldn't believe it actually happened until I watched it happen right in front of me. It's 1/24 11:10 pm. I order at the drive-through, pintos and cheese, and some soft tacos. There was a car in front of me, and so I was at the first window, which is a partial supply closet, but it had a view of the guy making my food. I watch him take my pintos and cheese cup lean over to the side and SPIT in the cup. Apparently, he didn't get enough of his DNA in my meal because he did it again. After making sure the cup is properly seasoned , he grabs the scooper and proceeds to fill the cup up with my pintos and cheese. When I pull up and call him out on it. He freezes and doesn't even turn around or respond. Jabronee central."

"Always having to turn around because of food being cold or missing. Grilled cheese nacho fries is a small handful of fries definitely not what is shown in the menu photo. Having to add fries."

"Shorted on my order, which took 20 minutes somehow. I will be doing the survey on the back of the receipt in order to further share this instance of THEFT by your lousy excuse for a restaurant. The food was some of the worst from a taco bell and I won't bother eating it. DON'T GO HERE."

"This location was good for about a month. Now it suffers from the same issues as the east side Taco bell. Poor portion. Cold food. Very disappointed. Silverdale is still the best. Update: has gotten even worse. Avoid at all costs. Look at the photos that's a 5.49 taco. Outrageous."
