"I ordered door dash from here and it was frigging awful!!! Latte tasted like they brewed up ground cardboard and the sandwich was equally awful. Tasted bad, bad, bad and absolutely no mayo or anything on it...or in packets on the side and no option to add anything either. The only good part was the Lay's potato chips that came in a snack size bag. Would appreciate my money back, please and thank you!! Will be calling you tomorrow."

"Great layout but horrible service! What happened to the days of "Thank you for your business and have a great day!" The barista barely said two words to me and he just said "here's your latte " and walked away! If these small coffee shops want to compete with Starbucks they need to be more friendly! And the coffee is just mediocre."

"I manage my own coffee shop and I like to visit other cafes just so I can see how other people run it, and dare I say, their cafe set up is way better than my own. It's nice, has a very homey atmosphere especially if you're on your way to/from the ferry. The service is amazing, if I could steal the two baristas who serviced me I would. The quality of their coffee roast is so good in relation to their prices. It's great overall."
