"Not good exsperiance at all. They gave me a broken power steering pump, and then we I tried to exchange it they tried to give me a different part all together. Now I have to wait for another 2 days for another one to come from Washington, and that's if they can get it right this time. We finally just asked for a refund. Its not always like this. Its a hit or miss kinda deal."

"I ordere a core support through LKQ, the lady from corporate which assisted me in the purchasing stage of this transaction was very helpful, the system after that was terrible. They were suppose to call me when the part was ready for pick up and only when I called a week later they said it was ready. Fast forward to when I pick the part up they send me to the wrong location 20 minutes away in traffic, after getting to the right place it took an hour of waiting in line to get my part because the people helping at the window are the same people that then have to go look for your part and bring it to you, which holds the line up. There needs to be a quicker process, I will order online through someone else next time to avoid the hassle of keeping business local."
