"Restoring my family’s truck that they bought brand new. I took the axles and transfer case to SIX STATES/ TRUCK PRO to have them fully rebuilt. Made and agreement with the service department that they would take care of anything if it came up, knowing this was a full restoration and wouldn’t be on the road within the year warranty that they give. After bringing the axle home I noticed drivers side rotor was cracked at all of the lug stud holes. Picture attached. I returned the axle same day and they installed new rotors. 34 miles after full axle rebuild at Six States/Truck Pro the drivers wheel fell off my truck at 45mph due to poorly and unsafe repair of the hub that was behind the previously cracked rotor from the first rebuild. Causing the lug nuts to loosen and even a few of the lugs snap off entirely. The hub should have been replaced during the front axle rebuild after the rotor and most likely hub was cracked. The job has fresh sanding marks and what looks like poorly prepped and welded. I had also had a leak from the front output shaft of the transfer case that I had to return to six states to repair almost immediately. Then I noted a repetitive clunk from the transfer case during this test drive that the wheel fell off. After sitting with the manager Gerald for over an hour explaining the event. Things seemed like they would be taken care of. He let me know this decision was past his authorization and would have to refer it to a district corporate supervisor. To wrap this up- there was no making good on the poor quality of work done. The damage to the fender of the truck, disc brakes, wheel and tire that went sailing down the highway. All costs per SIX STATES/ TRUCK PRO are my responsibility. 34 miles on their axles and transfer case. With 2 chances at repairing/rebuilding the front axle and transfer case. Do not do business with them. Find someone else for better quality repairs and better customer service 2/23/23 Follow up After Speaking to local Salem manager and the corporate rep. The position of company is that they will not take any responsibility for faulty repair and the damage it caused to my truck. They have held firm on a corporate stance to deny repairing an error made by their shop. It’s a mistake,yes, they happen. But for a company to deny the facts, and to shuck responsibility, is a lesson we should all pay attention to. Here’s your warning on Six States/Truck Pro. From the top, Chuck Broadus CEO, hasn’t stepped up to make right an axle build that they didn’t build right."

"Son had a yoke that a Ujoint had destroyed 2 days later they called him back said it was going to cost 900 dollars for a new driveshaft that i had already replaced the carrier bearing on 4 month prior to this. So i know a driveshaft isnt rocket science. So being a fabricator i was able to fix it for him for 60 dollars. Works perfectly fine again now."

"Just picked up a Eaton super 10 transmission from them today. They are very knowledgeable and freindly staff everyone that walked by asked if i was being helped. Evenn the guys in the shop are great and if you have a question about anything they will talk with you and not be irritated and super nice. Ill definitely be coming back for any future parts or repairs."
