"My husband called in our order last night 12-19-2023. They said it would be ready at 5:45 which was perfect i was coming from tumwater. When i got there at 5:43pm they had said they only just started it. What really bothered me was the lack of gloves while dealing with the milk shakes, the fact that the girls have long hair and its hanging from there face with no hat or net on there heads. I have been working in food services for MANY years and i have a food workers card. They had there drinks open cups on the counter top food everywhere. Im not sure if ill go back."

"The food is really good. Fairly decent prices. In the customer service is better than other places. The only bad thing I have to say is one time I ordered a strawberry milk shake and it didn't even taste like a strawberry milk shake also i ordered 4 cheeseburgers and i wanted 2 deluxe and 2 with no onion no tomato. They all were just meat cheese and bun but I got charged for deluxe. Besides all that I love this place ."

"They have gluten free buns and even offered to clean(?) the grill for us to reduce the chance of cross-contamination. Kind and helpful staff that comes out to your car to take your order, and even waits on walk-ups. Pleasant experience, and food was decent (gluten free can be hit or miss, and these buns were up to par). Bit pricey, but hopefully that helps staff have a living wage. Would return."

"Customer service was impeccable. Food was so so. Soggy fries and onion rings. Burgers were good size and tasty. Kind of pricey for what you get though."
