Arby's 5 Eagle Drive, Elma, WA 98541

"Normally I don't have an issue with this Arby's but tonight we went through the drive thru and the kid working the window had no customer service skills at all! He was rude and short the entire interaction. Then my husband asked for onions on his sandwich and it showed up on the screen but non on the sandwich. My sandwich had so much mustard that it was coming off in globs and over powered the flavor of everything else. Our teenager said his was cold. We were extremely disappointed and not sure we will go back anytime soon. 6 days after I submitted the review and did what was asked of me by going to their link I have hear nothing back. So they said doing that they would make it right but instead I was ignored."

"Went through drive thru ordered 2 for $7 Gyros and $1.99 kids meal. They wouldn't honor the coupon because it was expired. But they don't send coupons to Elma, Wa residents do get mine in Aberdeen, WA The thing is there coupons are the same mo. After mo. For them not to honor it was ridiculous. That was a sale out of there pocket. Because not everyone can afford to eat out, and I'm an addiment coupon user to save every penny I can.. Thank-You Arby's Elma, WA. 3/3/2024"

"It took absolutely forever to get my food through the drive through with nearly no one else there. There was one person behind us but they got there after we had already been waiting around 10 minutes. Overall we waited for nearly 20 minutes all while watching the workers inside standing around and doing nothing."

"Staff was great, the food not so much, at all. It was all old. If you told me the fries were from the day before I would have believed you, they were like petrified. The sandwiches were also very old and this was at lunch time. Wouldn't recommend or go again. Like I say the staff was nice but obviously the manager is pushing this dumpster food. *Edit* I too seem to have gotten the copy and paste reply that everyone got for over the last 6 months. You're not listening to your customers, your food is garbage, your employees are not managed. Why did you even open this location you're not even trying and you never have? Fix your business."

"I would give zero stars if available. Twice I’ve stopped in to get my favorite roast beef sandwich and a milkshake. First time shake machine broke (in a brand new place?) second time it was also broke but the counter girl did not know so put the order through. Then could not figure out how to refund my money. The very young manager came over to help and actually cancelled my order and physically took the amount out of the cash register, re—rang up my order without the shake and walked off. The counter girl then gave me my refund which was $1 less than what an actual shake costs. So I mentioned that you gave me back less money than I actually paid originally for it and she just said, well that’s what the machine said. The manager was listening but neither wanted to do anything about it. When they bring out our order it was completely the wrong sandwich. My husband took it back up and said this wrong. They did finally make us the correct sandwich. Just a regular roast beef. Nothing fancy. When the manager brought it out she did so with an attitude like this was all my fault. Sadly I will never go to this Arby’s again."
