"I came in to get a radio installed and left with extreme damage done to my car. I just bought it too. My hood was not relatched causing it to fly up on the freeway. Ive called multiple times to see when promised parts were going to arrive and everytime i call the manager happens to be on vacation. Extremely frustrating and i want to cry everytime i look at my car. its been 4 months and nothing has been done. the interior was also left with loose parts and missing screws, and the part around my ignition fell off due to this."
