"I enjoy this place overall. The price are sometimes high, which I understand in the summer time, but be nice to see the prices go down a little bit in the off season when money is tight."

"Customer service quality not like it used to be. Some of the ladies are Rude, rushing people and ushering out the door. Clock is set fast on the wall by as much as 10 minutes.& so they start rushing at 20 minutes till (actual time). Prices are getting ridiculous for a thrift store. Makes you not want to go there."

"As expensive as good will, a company that charges new prices for used items. Remember, this is a thrift store. They get EVERYTHING for free then have the audacity to over charge. 3 or 4 dollars for dollar tree items? 6 or 7 for Walmart brand t shirts that I can get for 3 new? Pass. Places like this make people not care to support local businesses. Two stars because the people are nice and NOT responsible for the terrible pricing."

"Changes price at the register. Has signs stating price of cords where .99 unless marked, I bought an HDMI cord, no price, there was a HDMI cord marked for $1.99, so I passed that cord and got, what I thought was .99. when I went check out, the cord became 2.99, I mentioned the sign, she ignored my comment (possibly didn't hear it) and asked if I still wanted the item. Of course my quick thinking lacked and said yes, since it was still a good price."

"I love Anchor Ave Thrift Store. They have a great selection of everything from nuts and bolts to satin scarfs. Good variety of kitchen stuff and china, chotchkeys, shoes, cloths, books (large selection), gardening stuff, furniture and clothes. Sewing supplies, craft supplies, floral supplies, drapes, sheets, curtains, table linens, holiday decorations and much much more. The staff are friendly and helpful. Their prices are pretty good and there is a half off colored tag every day. I shop here often and always find treasures. I highly recommend you come to the Anchor Ave thrift store when visiting Ocean Shores."
