"The location I went to is my go to. The one on Pacific is a Nightmare. They didn't put in the plug on my friends car and had to buy her a new engine. And the first time I went there. They questioned whether I would be able to afford the service. It was extremely offensive. The young men at this shop last night we were very accommodating. I pulled up just before close and they were more than happy to help me. I was grateful. They were quick, kind and professional. It's been hard to get into the dealership for my oil changes so I'm glad there's a jiffy lube close by that I can trust and that will treat me respectfully. Thank you!"

They mentioned that my battery was corroded and they could clean it for a fee, I said that I'd clean it myself. Of course I didn't and as soon as the cold weather hit, my battery went out.
