"If I could give no stars I would this place is the worst place ever to take your car they had my car for over 5 Business days and they did absolutely nothing to my car. (They say they did the timing) but i really dont think they did anything to my car but take it a part and put it back together wrong. then charge me $900 for it. The only thing they know how to do at keyport auto is change oil and that's about it. customer service didnt know they had it. For being a "specialty car "place they sure don't know anything about cars they can't even put it back together right . Don't take your car here unless you want to be robbed and still have problems with your car then go to keyport auto. John Then why did you call and say oh we did 12 hours work on your car but only charged just for 5 but yet we still had all the same problems as before and you put it back together wrong so it took you even more time to put our car back together wrong????"

"Keyport Auto Repair was recommended to me for some electrical issues I was having with my 2006 Dodge Ram 2500 which I hadn’t been able to diagnose on my own. The truck has also started to overheat. My truck is my work horse, with over 200k miles on the 5.9L Cummins, it rarely spends any time in the shop outside of regular oil changes. The first thing I appreciated about Keyport Auto is that they answer the phone! They were able to get the truck in within a day and were quick to diagnose and fix the electrical issue. The truck needed a heater hose replaced, a tie rod end repaired, front brakes were at 25% and it was due for an oil change. John was great to work with, he called me with separate estimates for work that should be done now and work that could wait. I opted to get all the work completed at once as I knew I’d be hauling horses over the winter. All work was completed in a timely manner and John called me when the truck was ready to pick up. I really appreciate the quality of work but also the great communication along the way."
