"Honoring and representing all of Les Schwab’s values. All of my experiences here have been true to Les Schwab’s values. Everyone is very friendly and has made me feel like family. They are always willing to listen to my concerns and happy to help when providing their free services. They have earned my trust by offering to help me save money whenever possibly. I also trust the work they do. They take their time to share their knowledge and demonstrate their skills to help me understand the services I need and the services they have provided. I always see them working hard to make sure that their customers needs are met quickly. They prove that they genuinely care about doing the right thing and doing things right."
"Slow leak, what a pain, but once a week my Les Schwab would fill my tire. For weeks. What was the matter with me ? They kept telling me, "Let us check your tire". Not me. I enjoyed going in once a week hoping it would not go flat overnight. DUH ! Anyway, it's done, I listened to my Les Schwab. I told them they could keep the nail. THANKS Les Schwab."
"I've been to a couple Les schwab locations but this one takes the cake. The customer service here is phenomenal and the knowledge of the staff is amazing as well. I couldn't ask for a better experience from somewhere. I went at 8:00 in the morning and asked 100 questions about tires. You guys are amazing. Please keep this up!"
"In 2005 I had a 98 Pontiac Firebird that had just began to drag on the right rear brake or caliper or something of the sort. I was enroute from Vancouver to Centralia round trip. I came into this location and was told that my rear end was about to shatter and that my rear axle was bent. They proceeded to drain the rear end and refill it with a synthetic. WOW ok. They told me not to drive the car until I got that fixed and got a new axle. I didn't get it fixed and I drove it to South Carolina and back with zero issues other than the dragging. Today 10/12/23 I am enroute from Seattle to Portland and my lifted 06 F250 was violently shaking worse than normal so I stopped in at this location and the first young guy said my front tires were capped and needed to be rotated. He then told me that everything under my truck was great. It was all tight no leaks no wear and tear. Okay fine. He rotated my tires and Then he proceeded to "take my truck around the block". Twenty minutes later he shows back up and drives my truck back into a bay. He checks it out and informs me that my back brakes are shot. He says it will take him 45 minutes to an hour and that it's real easy. He gives me a quote I say okay he says he will be back in a few minutes. He then pulls my truck around to the front and comes inside. I say, you decided not to do my brakes? He says, oh no, I can't do it today I would have to order the parts blah blah blah Alrighty then. At that same time another more important dude says, you want your brakes done? Let me see what I can do. He sees what he can do and tells me two hours tops and tells the first young kid to pull my truck back around back. About an hour goes by and a third guy comes and gets me to show me that I have water on my bearings and that frankly he is scared to death for my truck to leave without a transmission specialist going through the whole thing and that he has never seen anything this bad before. Another hour goes by and he brings my truck around and proceeds to inform me that he can't install used parts but that it is my rear end and axle. He continues informing me that he can order the whole thing have it shipped from Texas and it would take him around three hours to bolt it up all for $6100 on the high side. He told me not to drive my truck until I get it fixed. I drove my truck 1 1/2 hours on I-5 home. It felt a lot better with the tires being rotated being that that was all they did other than Joy ride my truck enough to have taken a corner so fast that my sunglasses slid all the way across the dash hitting the passenger door hard enough to break the lens out of the frame and then left laying on the floor. He must not have thought that I have a camera in my truck. The deal with my front end is that it needs the track bar and ball joints replaced. As for my backseat vibrating from 45mph on is a mystery. Apparently, according to google all of these era trucks do this. I very well may need back brakes calipers and rotors but a rear end including the axle lol no! The steering wheel shaking violently when you stuff the brakes is an indication of no front brake shoes not rear ones. All and all it was a wasted day and waste of my time at the Centralia Les Schwab where I won't stop again not even in twenty years."
"Made an online appointment for a tire rotation and battery check at 1pm. I was checked in promptly at 12:55, and exactly at one, my car was taken back, and the maintenance was perfect in a prompt and proficient manner. Only took 30 minutes in total. Considering the customer backup, an appointment is highly recommended. I am very pleased with my service."
