McDonald's

"They started promoting the Shamrock Shake before Valentine's Day. To date, I haven't been able to get one, because their shake machine has been down every time I've gone in! Since I go in for the Shamrock Shake, I don't get anything at all if I can't get that (and we would get burgers and fries to go with it). Very frustrating."

"Barbara the manager is very very rude and very unprofessional with employees. Not to mention workers have their hands down their pants and then is touching and serving food. It's unsanitary. Most the workers are in the back on the phones are playing around and goofing off. When at the window to pay can hear employees talking and saying rude things about other and cussing also very unprofessional. When at the the window to get food u see employees with their hands in their pants. Over hear conversations that shouldn't be talked about at work let alone loud enough for customers to hear. I personally won't go there anymore. Wouldn't bring my kids inside to hear the cussing and adult conversations and over hear employees belittle others. Don't recommend port angeles McDonald's."

"Port Angeles Services were good. Food was fine. I enjoyed getting fresh fries, though I waited a couple minutes for them to complete my order. I even ordered 5 minutes early on the app, before driving there. BUT charging $6.99 for a Big Mac and a Quarter Pounder (just the sandwich) is OUTRAGEOUS, for fast food joint."

"So I've had ongoing problems with this McDonald's for about a month now. I know , I know "if you don't like it, don't go", or the classic "it's your fault, you went there even tough you know how it is"!! Yea, glutton for punishment!! About 3 weeks ago, my fiance and I agreed McDonald's for dinner!! I am lactose intolerant so I wanted a quarter pounder with NO cheese, no Ketchup(hate it, ever since I was a child). Not only was there cheese AND ketchup, the meet was pink almost red! Of course my fiance didn't eat it, I lost $20 that night on this food!! So in short, not only did they not cook the food correctly, but received an incorrect order! This is twice now it's happened inside 3 weeks, but can nobody there read or follow order directions? How hard is it for a coffee with 7 sugars and no creamer be?? But yet I get creamer! Tonight at 7:56 PM, I was in the drive through and was ready, and I was gonna order 2 LG cokes with no ice, And the other lane saw 2 vehicles pull up and order and I never once got a "welcome to McDonald's"!! What in the hell is goin on ??"
