"Called in order @ 8:39 was trying to do online but would not let me as is closed so I called, made order and I came all the way from Agnew, about 22 minutes away, I pull into drive thru and they are near computer they see me and totally ignored me @9:02 to pick up my order, then they walk out. Very good service l, haven’t been here in 8 years and will definitely not be back again. Specifically this location. Maybe open the window and say something since you’re 2 feet away, and acknowledge that I was here. There goes your $40 tip"

"I asked for extra sauce and extra cheese and don't get it on my pizza. Not sure why there's even an option?. Several times I've simply ask for these to be added and I don't even care if it is a extra charge but really seems strange that I can order one pizza standard and the other one with the extra sauce and cheese and I get it home and it's the exact same pizzas"
