"We came at 12:30 and there were only a few other diners there. Our server was missing in action. We ordered more fries several times and they never came. Our drinks were not refilled in a timely manner. We watched other servers bustling around and helping their customers. We hadn't been in since pre covid and for the prices were very disappointed. Food was good when it arrived but bottomless is not bottomless when you have to wait 30 plus minutes for a drink refill and fries."

"I can't rate the food, because it never came. It didn't seem all that busy, and our waitress did show up. She took our order, and that was the last time we saw her. No drinks, no food, nothing. We waited 25 minutes which was generous of us, I thought. Then we just left. It was Veteran's day and my son was with me since he was to receive a free burger. No burger, free or otherwise. It was so disappointing!"

"I've always enjoyed Red Robin. The burgers and wait staff aren't too bad. This review is for the Burlington Red Robin, which was short staffed. The option was sit in the standard dining area where there were only two wait staff or go into the bar area. Fortunately everybody in my group was over 21 and we were able to go into the bar. However in the bar there was only one wait staff person. No complaints just be prepared to relax and enjoy yourselves. The at table self check out helped."

"It was Saturday, 5pm, and the restaurant was packed. Very busy. The order was taken quickly however it took more than an hour for the food to arrive. The waitress was kind enough to provide sweet potato fries towards the end of the hour. The burger was good and so the sweet potatoes however when the food arrives so late I don’t think the customer thinks anything good about the food and just wants to finish it and get going at the earliest.: it was 7pm by the time I left. In addition after a long day at Deception pass I requested if I could get my phone charged which was denied citing accountability issues due to being busy which is very understandable. Food okay! Service was late."
