"I phoned in to see if a percription that my doctor had sent there count be filled. I was told that it was ready and waiting for me. I didn’t expect it to have been filled without my asking so that was nice. It was very easy to go in and pick it up, no waiting."

"Never had issues with the pharmacy or techs there. The customer service at the front have been great. The last two women that have helped me check out have been friendly and respectful. The last employee that helped me greeted customers coming inside the store when she wasn't checking anybody out."

"Richard was excellent! I had multiple issues. He was able to sort through the symptoms and get me the correct answer to help me the best. I really appreciate the floor clerk who checked for stock, then told me what time the next day to expect it on the shelf. Also, the tech who heard my questions and got the pharmacist over to me right away. This isn't my regular pharmacy, but they really helped me get our bridge meds. Also. While I was waiting for last prescribed to be filled I wandered the store and found incredible selection from adult incontinence products to dog food and nutritional drinks. I was able to get what I needed"

"Customer service has gone so far downhill. I came in this morning before heading to work. When I put my phone number in for my membership, the machine asked for my email. I wanted to put it in but the cashier, Sue, refused to allow me to saying it takes to long to enter it and gave me a paper to call the phone number. She said to do it on my own time or on the weekend!!!!! Really??? Think Walgreens will be getting more of my business now. So rude! Oh and there was no number on the paper she gave me to call."
