"Stopped here for coffee. Noticed they had gluten free biscuits and gravy on the menu. So we came back the next morning for breakfast only to be told nobody made gravy the night before. We had to go elsewhere to eat, super bummed."

"All of the bakery items in the display cases look incredible - it's hard to choose what to get! Breakfast sandwich on a housemade Biscuit was delicious and the staff are friendly and super helpful in answering questions about the menu. I was grateful to have their input in picking the best beverage option for me!"

"Just popped in here this afternoon. The staff was very nice! Food & drink: This coffee shop is ok, the chai tea latte is good. The meatless breakfast burrito was pretty plain, nothing to write home about - but it was cheap ($5!). Got a brown cinnamon sugar scone (wasn’t heated or offered to be heated, so tasted like it had been sitting around for hours sadly). Probably ok if heated, my partner had the lemon bar and it was ok. Ambiance: They have one couch in the back and two chairs in the front. Otherwise it’s table sitting. Didn’t use the WiFi but a lot of people were using it, on their laptops etc. place seems a little dirty as other reviews have pointed out. Would go again for stuff to go!"

"Overall a decent place. I won't say this place has the best ambience - to be honest I found the place a bit dirty. However they definitely have some good coffee options. I have never seen hemp milk as an option but they have that. I didn't try it but was definitely curious. I tried their cookie and was left unimpressed. The cookies didn't feel fresh and were cold and wrapped up in plastic. I don't recommend their cookies. However the coffee was good and low in sugar. Liked it."

"This was a lovely visit at Avellino! Our batista was very friendly and got us sorted quickly with our order. I got a cinnamon roll and my girlfriend got biscuits n gravy, served traditional. I'd argue this is one of the best cinnamon rolls I've ever had, and I used to work for a bakery. It was very fluffy, and the filling was phenomenal. I tried the biscuits and gravy too, the gravy was great, it was the perfect blend of meat and sauce. I personally had no issue with the biscuits, but my girlfriend deemed that they were slightly chewier than she would have liked. I got a dark mocha too, and it was very well done, and not nearly as sweet as some mochas I would find other places. Overall, definitely going to be coming back soon, and would 100% recommend if you need a quick sit in breakfast."
