"Super disappointed, would give 0 stars if allowed. . . . Paid over $30 + tip for 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 large coffees. Coffee was OK, but we were excited to try the sandwiches. First bite in and there was a long piece of hair. I know it wasn't ours, as when we tried to pull the hair out, it was in between the ham, under the egg, stuck in the cheese. To say we were disgusted was an understatement. We tried calling to get a refund, but no answer. We would have gone back but we were heading to an appt. We couldn't be late for. Extremely disgusted and now questioning the sanitary of this establishment. Wishing we would have got our money + tip back Don't eat here unless your able to come back and get a refund"

"The Bow Hill Crusin Coffee needs better batista or a retraining. Lady with flannel put a huge blob of caramel in the middle of my Girlfriends drink and its undrinkable since all you taste is the caramel and it barely comes up. Also tastes like the milk product used was stale and or the machine has not been properly cleaned. This was today at 6:00 am. We drank some of the caramel and there is still a huge blob"
