"Lovely customer service! The establishment was nice and clean! It is fun to curate your own pizza/salad experience! I love that you can get so many different toppings and they have arugula to put on your pie once it has been cooked! We really enjoyed our meal!"
"This is the best MOD Pizza we have EVER been to. From the amazing staff who are clearly working hard to make sure their customers are taken care of and they definitely take pride in their store!! The store was so clean, including the restrooms!!! Hats off to all of you!!! Phenomenal job!!!"
"First of all Great Pizza!!! A really cool vibe with great music greets you then the staff really does make you feel like a valuable customer. Reasonable priced pizza! I will definitely be back."
"The pizza was actually really tasty, and I'd definitely love to try MOD Pizza again. However, there were a few issues - perhaps just with this location - that really reflected badly on the company overall. First thing we noticed was the NOT ONE of the four staff members were wearing their face masks correctly - noses were outside of the mask, and two had their mouths outside of the mask, mask hanging down by their chin - this really defeats the purpose of the mask. Only one other customer was wearing a face mask, amongst maybe 10 other people in the store. This made us super uncomfortable, but we'd already ordered so we didn't want to bother with cancelling, but how they "wore" their masks was absolutely ridiculous. The food took a little while, but one of the staff members apologized, told us they were understaffed, and offered us two cakes to make up for the wait. We really appreciated that, and we've all been there, so I wasn't too worried about the wait. Other than that interaction though, staff seemed really sassy their attitude was really moody, from when we entered throughout our entire time waiting. When we got home, one of the pizzas was smushed and half folded over onto itself, and the base was cooked unevenly - really thick on one side, really thin on the other. Like I said, the pizza was actually REALLY tasty, great flavours and great ingredients! But the service and presentation didn't really reflect that. I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt and say that their attitude, service and food presentation was down to the fact that they were short staffed, like they had said. BUT being short staffed has no bearing on whether or not you wear your face mask properly."
