"A secondhand boutique with a mission to help cats, this little place is one of the nicest in Anacortes. The volunteers are always very welcoming and friendly and they do a great job merchandising their wares. The prices are fair and the shopping experience always pleasant. The only downfall is sometimes they seem to run a little low on merchandise, but otherwise a great place to stop by when in town and support a good cause."
"Our favorite cat thrift in Anacortes by far. The Thrifty Kitty has real bargains including some great cat themed items. Staff is very helpful and darned nice. Selection is good and turns over often - we have not gotten out of the store without buying something on every visit. In early 2018 the store moved across the street into a much bigger space with more items on display."
"When on the hunt for the something special you never know where it will lead you. I was lucky enough to drop in at your store and there was this beautifully re -done cabinet. The ladies were great and the conversation was fun. Will be back again.Oh and prices were very reasonable considering the quality."
"Prices on nearly everything was outrageous and they had very little to look at. The majority of the items in the store was Christmas items, the only things that weren't Christmas was a few kitchen items and a handful of dvds. Not worth the time. I spent more time parking than I did in the store. Next time I will just wait for Kiwanis or Soroptomist to be open since they ALWAYS have a variety of a bunch of different stuff."
"There may be great deals here, but I won't be back due to the store cat, who has Feline Leukemia...something I was told after petting it for awhile. I couldn't get out of there fast enough to find a place to yhoroughly wash up before going home to my own two cats, who I did not want to infect! Not cool at ALL to have a diseased cat in a place that invariably attracts cat lovers, as it represents a Charity for cats!"
