It is a very special operation; they exclusively sell their own yarn, the owner designs and dyes the colorways. The staff is very knowledgeable and approachable; they themselves design and write patterns for many of the pieces on display in the shop, and they offer plenty of support and guidance to their customers, including a classroom in the back, and a casual knitting table in the store. They have gorgeous handmade knitting accessories like locally made wooden knitting bowls, and they have a carefully curated selection of garments available for purchase as well."

The yarns are of high end fibers such as silk, merino wool, cashmere, alpaca, and cotton. Bulky scarf to lace and sock thickness yarns available. I just purchased a beautiful canary yellow sock weight yarn that has copper spun into it for the anti-microbial and arthritis relief features that copper is said to have. The knowledgeable and pleasant staff will help orient and guide you to the shop and what they have available. Emily makes the beginner to expert yarn seeker feel welcome and will kindly answer any questions you may have. The shop also offers a small but excellent selection of tools and designs.
