"I am so glad this place is here. They have friendly knowledgeable staff and a variety of items that help get me out of a pickle in my weekend projects. I would much rather support a local business than a big box store anyway. They obviously don't have the same buying power as a big box store but many of their prices are competitive. They have an equipment rental section for those projects where I just can't justify spending a bunch on a specialty tool. My wife enjoys perusing their garden section. They also have a decent selection of bird feeders. If you haven't been in there yet go on in and check them out, they'll most likely have what you need."

"1. I ordered five sheets of rigid foam insulation. When I went to pick them out in the back they were all the same and colored black. When they were delivered to my house three of them were of that original type, and they swapped two of them out for what they said was “essentially the same thing”. One was obviously superior in quality and the others had been laying around the back for a while and they were pushed off on me. 2. I have experienced rude customer service here more than three times. I don’t feel it was always this way, I used to genuinely enjoy going to the store. 3. Prices are high"
