Friday Harbor House

"Wow what an amazing stay here. The staff was so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and the rooms were comfortable and clean. Great location for exploring downtown and taking in amazing views from your bed or even tub. We enjoyed the tub with bath bomb and salts, tv with Netflix on it, warm fireplace that provided so much ambiance, view of the harbor with ferries and boats coming and going, champagne/truffle/charcuterie/wine/beer all at check in. Wow wow so amazing. Thank you!"

"I stayed in the fantastic king harbor view room and it was amazing! I was traveling alone and ordered a dinner to go so I could spend time in my room to watch the the ferry come in and out of the harbor. The Friday Harbor house is so close to everything and I could walk everywhere. I felt so welcomed and all the staff were so great!! The shower was the best shower I have ever encountered in a hotel; very spa-like!! I had brunch at the restaurant the next day and I recommend the avocado hollandaise dish! So tasty. On my way out there was coffee in the hallway and it was properly strong. I was so very satisfied in my choice to stay at the Friday Harbor house. It's worth it!!"

"Absolutely wonderful experience in every way. The staff was so hospitable (especially The welcome from Hannah and Emma). The rooms are great! We got a suite with partial view but it was a great view. Little amenities were a big plus, great coffee in the room as well as local wine for purchase, snacks outside our door with refreshments in afternoon, coffee and tea out out by 7:30 am. The restaurant was more than amazing. I loved the crab and halibut benidict and my husband enjoyed the bananas foster French toast and amazing dinner menu too. It’s walking distance to all the shops, etc"

"We've been here 2 times now and just love it! The last time was after New Years Eve 2022, and before that, the same time in 2021. We are now planning another trip this year! It's becoming a tradition! Tara is an awesome front desk delight! Super friendly and helpful! Couldn't have been happier with the customer service. The beds are super comfy! The rooms are huge, and the spa tubs are fantastic! The view can't be beat. It's the best!! I recommend a room on the upper floor, but the patio rooms have a great view as well. The decks are great to sit out on especially for sunrise and sunset. So nice to just relax on top of the world! Close to everything, food grocery, fine dinning, shops, the marina, the ferry dock and bars. So yeah, like everything! The drive to the other side of the island takes very little time and is so worth it. The whole island is just wonderful! I enthusiastically recommend Friday Harbor House! Thanks for the stays!"

"Our first time in Friday Harbor didn’t disappoint. We had a great time staying at Friday Harbor House. The room was very spacious with a standing shower and large tub. The bed was very comfortable. It was a very convenient location for us and close to stores, the water, and the ferry terminal. Make sure you get at least one meal at their restaurant in the hotel which offers great views and has great staff. Special shout-out to Hannah who helped us out with from the point we arrived with checking in, answering questions, and helping set up a reservation at the restaurant. We really appreciated the hospitality and will definitely be back!"
