"Been going with family for over 7 years now and it never seems to get old. It’s great exercise for people of all ages as well as just something fun! While some of the climbing areas and slides need to be updated now and then, the game is still playable and very enjoyable as well. Staff is incredibly helpful in assisting everyone if there are issues with technology or you have any questions. It’s sad to see the extension of the game go, but the main quest is very enjoyable and I have not lost that sense of fun in doing so. As an older teen, I enjoy teaching the little kids—that often come up to me as I’m defeating a boss—secrets to the game or different ways to defeat the bosses. I would definitely recommend Magiquest to anyone who likes adventure and fantasy games and stories, or just want some exercise and a break from the swimming"
"When we visited in 2015, it was great fun and challenging. Our most recent visit was the same and we were also pleasantly surprised that our progress was saved from our previous visit. All the puzzles were just as we remembered, but the facilities have taken a slight turn for the worse. The netting used to climb the various levels were blocked off because apparently childish people thought that it would be a good idea to cut the ropes to cause injury to people. I mean who does that? Also, when we were there recently, there were many children running around using the structure as a playground, which made it very annoying for people that actually paid to play the games. Children running around, blocking your progress, people with strollers blocking as well. It didn't seem to be the Magiquest we remembered and seemed to be more like a playground and jungle gym for small kids! One star off for the uncontrollable children and for the closed off sections. Otherwise it's truly a fun and unique experience. Expect to be there for a couple of hours to finish."
"A blast. Kids had fun all weekend here. Great that they’ll can come and go whenever they wanted. Will be back again."
"Not that interesting...it's included with great wolf lodge package. I don't know anyone but tourists that would spend money on this game?? Very similar to the one in downtown dells. If your not old enough to read through the game or are interested in these games. Don't go."
"We were a bit shocked at the price (around $80 for two kids), but ended up spending a solid 3 hours here and could have made a second day of it easily (which is included with a stay at Great Wolf). Our kids are ages 6 and 8, which I think was perfect. There were a lot of stairs to climb and ground to cover as you travel around the facility to gather "runes" and complete your "quests". It's basically a giant scavenger hunt with an electronic wand that activates sensors placed in various items and tracks your progress. A fun and unique experience!"
