"Great hiking, cold creek. Great place for kids or dogs to burn off energy. It also has 2 very beautiful structures for grilling and eating like a gazebo but they're made out of stone very beautiful but you have to reserve them at the Dakota county"
"The trail itself was fine. There were some trees to climb over or move around but nothing these old bones couldn't handle. It would AWESOME if some trails were in the hills climbing and dropping. The river was swiftly running and several duck species will milling about."
"Rented trout brook pavilion on June 10th. Beautiful space for any outdoor gathering. Thank you, to Dakota county staff, for providing extra picnic tables to suit our needs. I shall return soon, and leave little to no trace."
